Justan is the owner of Queen City Heating & Cooling. He started in the HVAC business in 2004 after working in several construction trades, he found his passion in the comfort industry. When he’s not helping a customer or employee demystify a complex issue with their HVAC system, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and experimenting with food science.
Cole Jennings
Operations Manager
Cole has 14+ years of experience in the HVAC industry across 2 different states as of 2025. He spent 8 years in the commercial construction industry in Oklahoma before moving to Missouri in January of 2019. Outside of work when he isn’t helping his wife wrangle their 6 kids you can find Cole in the woods or at a river hunting and enjoying nature.
Ryan Cram
New Construction Manager
Ryan currently oversees 200+ projects a year in both residential and commercial applications and is responsible for 10 team members on a daily basis. Ryan has experience from small remodel projects, to multi-million-dollar custom homes, to custom applications in industrial buildings, and everything inbetween. When Ryan is not at work you can find him doing a number of outdoors activities and spending time with his wife and two children.
